2.11.1 WCAG 1.4.3 (AA) - Desktop, Automated Finding

On the individual patients’ information page, the message announcing “Medical Record Synchronised” has an insufficient color contrast of 1.96:1 (with a foreground color #b1b1b1 and background color #f5f5f5).

People with visual impairments (including low vision and colour blindness) are most likely to be affected by insufficient contrast on the page. Insufficient contrast can be problematic in other situations as well, such as when users are using their device in sunlight, or with the brightness turned down.

2.11.2 Recommendation

Ensure the colour contrast ratio meets the required specifications of 4.5:1 for small text (up to 12pt) and 3:1 for large text (18pt or 14pt bold).
