2.40.1 WCAG 1.1.1 (A), 2.4.4 (A) - Desktop

The Omron logo is announced as “Omron graphic visited link.” This does not inform screen reader users that they are interacting with an image of the organisation’s logo that will take them back to the homepage.

2.40.2 Recommendation

Ensure that the user knows where the link will take them. For example, add alt="Omron logo- redirects to homepage" to the image element.
