1.4.1 WCAG 1.4.10 (AA), 4.1.1 (A) - Desktop

Content below the viewport on the ‘Omron Viso Information’ section of the page is not visible to users when viewed at the default zoom of 100%. There is no mechanism to scroll to access this content. Furthermore, there is no visible scroll bar to indicate that further content is visible—users are likely to miss out on important content.

The content is accessible using a keyboard. Additionally, the scrolling mechanism and visible scroll bar are functional when browser zoom of 150% and above is applied. However, users cannot be expected to tab through the page or zoom out manually to access the content; indeed, many users may not realise that there is additional content on the page.

1.4.2 Recommendation

Ensure that content on the page is visible and accessible for all users.

The scrolling mechanism should be made functional, along with a visible scroll bar.
